So much homework and so much energy lost I need to eat! But I have to keep trying to contunie my diet if I want my body back and my jeans and short to fit back again.
Today I started my diet really well, i has chicken and salad. But later im so mad at myself ate again chicken and some fries and dessert agh! Help me please what can I do for cravings!! :(
Yesterday After I had my lunch at night I hate a salad and some cooked potatos. I think im doing ok. And as for today I woke up at 11 and had brunch ate an omelete and orange juice. Maybe going to the gym this afternoon. My next meal would be at about 7pm or 8pm. And tonight shopping for food.
So today ive started my diet im about 65 kilos and want to be at 55 kilos in about 3 weeks or less. Today I didn’t have breakfast, I really never have it. My lunch: I had lentil and some juice so that is about it. Im actually full to be honest. For the night fruit I guess but soft fruit. Oh and I forgot my diet consist mainly of foods that are softs food to eat.
